Cyder Store Continues To Go From Strength To Strength

After our first year online we are proud to announce that our online store has been a great success with more and more products added to our already great lines.

The updated Cyderstore website has proved to be very popular and also includes a new recipe section.

So a year online and we're still Britain's premier independent online source for Cider and Perry from the great producers such as Dunkertons, Norburys, Minchews to name but a few.
We would also like to thank all our customers for the continued support throughout this first year and for the many more to come....

Healy's Cornish Rattler

Open the bottle and sniff the apples!

Fruity and slightly sharp with a dry fizz that hits the back of the throat
Healey's cyder producers of are the largest cyder makers in Cornwall, they also produce cyder brandy and fruit spirits.
Originally Cornish Rattler was only sold in draught form, now bottled - 6% apple juice some say. A blend of Cornish apples grown and pressed at the Cornish Cyder Farm's orchards at Penhallow near Truro.

Cornish Rattler gets it name from an old fashioned variety of Cornish apple- 'The Rattler' which comes from Penryn (just up from Falmouth) - quite a acid flavour but pleasant, pale, yellow in colour. They say it makes the best cyder!

Other Cornish cyder apples include - Pendragon,Pigs Snout,King Byerd, Stockbearer, and Cornish Spice.
