Healy's Cornish Rattler

Open the bottle and sniff the apples!

Fruity and slightly sharp with a dry fizz that hits the back of the throat
Healey's cyder producers of are the largest cyder makers in Cornwall, they also produce cyder brandy and fruit spirits.
Originally Cornish Rattler was only sold in draught form, now bottled - 6% apple juice some say. A blend of Cornish apples grown and pressed at the Cornish Cyder Farm's orchards at Penhallow near Truro.

Cornish Rattler gets it name from an old fashioned variety of Cornish apple- 'The Rattler' which comes from Penryn (just up from Falmouth) - quite a acid flavour but pleasant, pale, yellow in colour. They say it makes the best cyder!

Other Cornish cyder apples include - Pendragon,Pigs Snout,King Byerd, Stockbearer, and Cornish Spice.
