New Recipe current Timetable for April

I've posted a new recipe on the website- Sausages with Perry

Try and use fresh sage and good quality pork sausages.Of
course use cider and apple,but the perry does give a smoother
lighter taste to the palate.

Currently Cyderstore will attending following markets/festivals in
April.

Webbs at Wychbold market 16/03

I was at the Worcestershire Farmers Market held at Webbs of Wychbold
yesterday.
For the first time cooked off sausages with herbs and cider.
Went well,very tasty if I say so myself.Amazing how a simple
sausage can be turned into something so taste.
The sausages came from Vicarage Farm Shop,thanks to Henry.

Well thought it was about time I put something in this blog!
Cyderstore is now attending markets.
1st Friday of month Solihull
1st Saturday             Droitwich
1st Sunday                Webbs  West Hagley

2nd Friday                Cannock

3rd or 4th Thursday   Worcester

3rd  Saturday  Malvern
3rd Sunday    Webbs   at Wychbold

Also Coventry Arms next one Sunday 23rd March,this can vary.
